If we don’t go in hair splitting discussion, the only party which is going ahead almost in the same fashion as desired in your writing is AAP, except the point related to equal remuneration for those living by lokavidya, remuneration equal to a government employee. 

During this period almost all the senior AAP functionaries will be at Varansi. They can be contacted, a commitment can be had publically, if not covered in manifesto.
